‍6.1 All materials, including but not limited to images, text, and software, provided by Clever Converters are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without express written consent.

‍7. Liability and Indemnification
‍7.1 Clever Converters is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of its services.
7.2 Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clever Converters from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from their use of Clever Converters' services.
