Key Responsibilities:

- Initiating contact with warm leads through phone and email communications in English.
- Performing in-depth research on prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Qualifying leads to ensure they align with our service offerings and demonstrate a genuine interest.
- Clearly conveying our value proposition and services to potential clients.
- Arranging meetings with qualified leads for our sales experts.
- Documenting detailed information about leads and scheduled meetings.
- Maintaining a comprehensive log of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales team to refine the lead generation and appointment setting process.
- Meeting or exceeding established targets for setting appointments on a weekly and monthly basis.


- Prior experience in B2B appointment setting, particularly within the agency industry.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and professional phone manners.
- Exceptional active listening skills to accurately identify client needs.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while achieving set targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and managing leads.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Flexible availability to accommodate different time zones as required.
